What is reincarnation?
Reincarnation is the belief that the human soul survives the death of the body, and continues living in a spiritual frequency. Souls can later choose to be re-born into another body in another time and place to experience human life with new challenges and scenarios, in which to learn and heal.

In the far East, the religions of Buddhism and Hinduism have embraced this philosophy for centuries, whereas the western world is only beginning to accept past lives, thanks to the works of Dr. Brian Weiss, and other notable physicians and researchers.

Weiss, an eminent psychiatrist in the U.S. is now regarded as a pioneer with his 20+ years of break-through discoveries of past lives.

What is a past life regression?
Past life regression is the process of retrieving memories of past lives, via hypnosis, or through a guided meditation. The regression is a mental and spiritual process of reaching back in time to recall positive or painful experiences that impact your current life. Unexplained fears, phobias, obsessions, even physical symptoms can be traced back to an earlier incarnation. Many people experience quick and dramatic healing after undergoing a past life regression when they can trace mysterious afflictions to another lifetime.

How do you know if you've lived before ?
Finding clues to our former selves is like peeking through the veil. Clues are often present in our current life, if we care to pay attention. They can manifest in quirks, tastes, health problems or even occupations.

People often re-create their past lives with a certain style of clothes, decor in their homes, interests or hobbies. The clues to one's past life are endless.

Some people are attracted to specific eras in history or cultures that call to them. If you are overwhelmingly attracted to anything that has no bearing on your current life, pay attention. They are whispers from your soul saying, " Please deal with me, so I can heal."

What do you see in a past life regression? Can you feel emotions from the past?
Each past life regression will be different. Some people see images much the same way you remember what you did yesterday, like little snippets from a movie. Others will see nothing at all, but will hear the details. Many feel the emotions of the situation as if you are there, which in a sense, you are.

How do I know its not my imagination?
This is a common doubt, and its healthy to keep an open mind.

If you're serious about researching information you learn during a regression, be a detective. Check out history books, join a genealogy group and learn how to research.

As you begin to investigate your past life, buried memories will emerge on their own and lead to factual information. Your soul is already yearning to heal, and will show you the way.

If you want to know the past, look at your present life.
If you want to know the future, look at your present life.
